Summary

The book review highlights the importance of tools and techniques for educating English Language Learners and providing practical guidance to teachers, administrators, and parents. Despite the increasing number of ELLs in U.S. schools, there remains a limited availability of practical resources on how to teach ELLs. The book addresses this gap by presenting instructional tools and techniques grounded in research.

Laila Noor, University of Central Florida; Bangladesh Army International University

Laila Noor is a doctoral student of Education in TESOL and Graduate Teaching Assistant at the University of Central Florida, USA. Her cognate is instructional technology. She is an assistant professor at Bangladesh Army International University (BAIUST), Bangladesh. She has eight years of teaching experience in several universities in Bangladesh and USA. She has five research papers to her credit, all of which are on EFL learning-and-teaching. Her interests include TESOL and instructional technology in education.
